- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst of the worst - if I could give it 0 stars, I would. I stopped going. The lines at whatever time you show up are ridiculous and since most of their customers are from out of town with banking issues they only have 1 teller working the line. Those of us that just have a deposit or need cash have to wait at least 30 minutes in line. This is just ridiculous . I stopped going and when my bosses need a deposit, I mail it in. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst Bank of America Branch ever, staff are horrible, rude and cynical, Branch Manager Joyce Muños is useless just like everyone in the branch.
