- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have changed my review from 5 to 1, because zero is not an option. I have been calling for 2 months, leaving messages and have heard nothing back. My husband's taxes are still not filed, I cannot speak with anyone here, extremely disappinted. I have questions and need to authorize them to process his filing. My return took 5 months to receive and they could never assist me either. Will NEVER use or recommend EFG again.By Luen Gonzalez, September 23, 2017
